Cultural limits

Se você estiver indo visitar a Índia de carro, lembre-se: o limite de velocidade subiu para 100km/h. Segundo algum sujeito lá: "The modern cars sold in India have seat belts, most meet global crash test norms [...] doing 100 km/h is no big deal for modern cars". Segundo outro sujeito: "At the moment anybody can just buy a license and there's no need to take a test". Será que lá morre tanta gente nas estradas quanto no Brasil?
